After becoming one of the fastest growing SaaS startups, Rippling is ready to uplevel our growth engine to scale to $1B in ARR and beyond over the next couple years. One of the most important growth drivers will be building a demand gen growth machine.That’s where you come in. You’ll be responsible for executing marketing programs that capture and nurture leads across multiple channels. By working hand in hand with cross functional partners, managing and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns, you’ll generate pipeline. Pushing the limits of possible in this role will require developing strong hypotheses, running experiments, and analyzing results to scale what works.This is an apprenticeship opportunity for a go-getter and somebody who’s hungry to operate in a fast-paced environment while working with a world class team. We don’t expect you to be a marketer, but we expect you to be a self-starter and eager to learn.What you will do

Middle of funnel webinar programming and support:

sourcing content, speakers and copywriting as well as promotion, sales enablement and technical support.Project management:

managing and optimizing integrated digital campaigns across multiple channels to generate pipeline.Monitoring and reporting campaign performance:

with granular tracking across relevant KPIs, including but not limited to impressions, clicks, web visitors, video views, collateral downloads, leads, initial sales conversations, and revenue.Implementing impactful nurture programs:

to improve conversion rates from leads to opportunities.Supporting special projects as needed:

acting as a “swiss army knife” across the growth team, allowing you to build new skills.Collaborate with stakeholders:

across multiple teams such as sales, growth, marketing operations, analytics, and brand marketing to help execute complex cross-functional initiatives that move the business forward.What you will need

1-2 years of experience, preferably in demand generation, partnership marketing, digital marketing, ABM, or a related field.Sees things through to completion. Someone who thrives in a fast paced environment with a “get it done” attitude. Has proven experience with project management and marketing automation tools. Can connect tactical plans to overarching marketing strategies and plans.Results driven mindset who champions tracking campaign status, proactively addressing challenges, and driving next steps. Designing programs and campaigns that align to and help achieve Rippling’s ambitious targets and goals.Excellent verbal and written communication skills. You can write copy for marketing campaigns as well as communicate results across the org, from executives to sales reps. You have empathy for the end user and are able to articulate buyer pain points.Experience collaborating cross-functionally with business partners and collaborators. You work well with others and can drive initiatives forward. You communicate proactively and effectively, marshaling internal and external resources to keep operations running smoothly.Eagerness to learn. You want to learn from others and are committed to following through on commitments with a long-term mindset for success. This is an individual who is looking to build new skills and open to new ideas.Ability to navigate through ambiguity. Final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed below.The pay range for this role is:62,100 - 108,675 USD per year (US Tier 2)58,650 - 102,638 USD per year (US Tier 3)
