We are actively seeking a Marketing Project Manager to join our National Marketing Team. This is an onsite position that can be locate at our Mankato, MN or Rosemont, IL office.

The Marketing Project Manager is responsible for managing key marketing strategies and initiatives. This role involves overseeing various traditional marketing campaigns, coordinating cross-functional projects, and ensuring that marketing efforts support recruitment and retention, each operating unit, and mergers & acquisitions. The ideal candidate will be capable of managing multiple projects and have hands-on experience in campaign management across traditional marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management: Collaborate with the marketing team on planning campaigns, executing, and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including print, events, and partnerships. Ensure all campaigns align with the strategic direction set by the Senior Marketing Manager.Promotional Materials: Oversee the creation, production, and distribution of promotional materials, including brochures, project profiles, flyers, and other marketing collateral.Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other departments such as Sales, Service, HR, M&A, and Operations to align marketing efforts with business objectives. Participate in joint initiatives, including product launches, sales campaigns, and events.Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of traditional marketing campaigns using key metrics. Provide regular reports to the Senior Marketing Manager and adjust strategies to improve outcomes.Event Coordination: Lead the planning and execution of marketing events such as trade shows, conferences, webinars, and sponsorships. Coordinate logistics and ensure that events are executed successfully to achieve maximum engagement.Vendor and Partner Management: Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners involved in traditional marketing activities. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality work that aligns with company standards.Merchandise Management: Oversee the creation, production, and distribution of branded merchandise, including items like apparel, accessories, and promotional giveaways. Work with designers and vendors to ensure merchandise is of high quality, aligns with the brand, and is delivered on time.Lead Generation: Collaborate with operating units and other departments to pull targeted lists and access relevant information using our lead generation tools. Provide training and support to ensure effective utilization of these tools for identifying potential leads and driving growth.Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Experience: 4-6 years of experience in a marketing role.Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing professionals. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.Project Management: Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
