Humana's Marketing Organization is looking for a Senior Product Marketer that has prior experience focused on Medicare, Medicaid and/or DSNP Members around Health and Well-being initiatives to join the Wellness Member Marketing Team. We are focused on the well-being of our members, empowering them to live a healthy, active, and rewarding life. In this role, you will engage members in healthy behaviors by supporting campaign development in alignment with program and campaign strategy. This is a nationwide remote role, however, you will be required to work Eastern Standard Time business hours.

We are looking for someone who can successfully work within a team to identify and develop member-centric, multi-channel targeted campaigns. The campaign strategy will engage and improve member health and well-being while also delivering quality outcomes. You will work with our Wellness/Go365 business and Clinical Quality partners to support business goals that impact a long-term growth strategy, identify new opportunities and accelerate growth and innovative thinking to drive performance and growth transformation, including member experience and member perception. Additionally, you will identify and communicate initiatives that enhance the positioning and offering of products and services to members.

Key Role Functions

Develop data-driven member engagement strategies and lead through all aspects of multi-channel direct marketing campaign management, including planning, campaign messaging (VAT, live agent, email, direct mail, digital touchpoints, etc.), campaign execution, and results monitoring

Develop transformative and test & learn initiatives to deliver on an integrated member-centric engagement strategy

Build working relationships with business stakeholders and work with internal and external vendors and partners

Play a leading role in a cross-functional team environment to achieve business goals

Identify, analyze, and evaluate business opportunities using historical campaign performance, consumer research and competitive intelligence

Utilize problem-solving and organization skills, demonstrate attention to detail and manage multiple high-profile programs

Experience optimizing marketing activities by leveraging analytics

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field

5+ years of experience in multi-channel integrated marketing strategy and implementation focused on consumer behavior and response conversion

Prior focus on marketing growth strategies, innovation, test & learn scenarios, digital marketing and process implementation

Experience working with copywriters, graphic designers, and print/email/telecomm vendors

Prior marketing or industry experience focused on Medicare, Medicaid and/or DSNP Members around Health and Well-being initiatives

Demonstrated ability to think strategically and leverage analytics and data insights to drive marketing optimization

Demonstrated experience with digital marketing, including web, app and social media engagement strategies

Excellent planning and organizational skills with demonstrated ability to meet deadlines while implementing projects

Strong business acumen skills, understanding of business goals, comfortable with evaluating and communicating financial metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Experience working with business partners to deliver solutions that meet their needs

Organized and detail oriented, possessing excellent time management skills

Excellent communications skills, written and verbal, able to communicate at all levels of the organization

Must be willing and able to work Eastern Standard Time business hours

Preferred Qualifications

Demonstrate a passion for consumer-based marketing

Ability to thrive in a cross-functional performance marketing environment

Experience working with internal partners and external vendors

Self-managing and disciplined; possess the ability to multi-task, manage competing priorities and operate effectively within a large and complex organizational structure

Experience with Agile marketing

To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees' ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees must meet the following criteria:

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$84,600 - $116,300 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
