Job Description:We are looking for a highly creative and skilled TikTok Short Video Director to lead the development of engaging and impactful short video content. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and producing high-quality videos that resonate with our brand's identity and appeal to our target audience. You will collaborate closely with brand managers, creative teams, and influencers to drive content that enhances brand visibility and fosters market growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop innovative video concepts, write compelling scripts, and produce short-form content that aligns with brand messaging.Independently manage product shoots, including composition, lighting, and set design, to highlight product features effectively.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create shooting plans, oversee production, and guide post-production efforts to ensure top-tier content delivery.Analyze TikTok market trends and propose creative strategies to enhance brand exposure and engagement.Coordinate partnerships with TikTok influencers and content creators, ensuring content aligns with brand objectives.Monitor video performance metrics and optimize content to improve audience engagement and reach.
Required Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in short video production, particularly with the TikTok platform.Deep understanding of TikTok operations, algorithms, and user behavior.Proficiency in product videography, with a keen eye for visual storytelling.Strong creative abilities to translate brand messaging into captivating short videos.Excellent project management skills, with the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.Strong collaboration skills, with experience working closely with various departments.Expertise in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, etc.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with live-stream e-commerce and related video production.Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.
