Who We're Looking For:
We're seeking an experienced Logistics Warehouse Manager to join our team! If you're detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about leadership, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do:
Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
Utilize ShipStation, Shopify, and ERP system to streamline processes and ensure efficient operations.
Collaborate with production and management teams to ensure efficient coordination of resources and timely delivery of goods.
Implement best practices for inventory control, including cycle counting and stock rotation.
Lead and motivate warehouse staff, providing training and support as needed.
Analyze warehouse performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance operational effectiveness.
Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to company policies and regulatory standards.
What You Bring to the Table:
Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager.
Proficiency in ShipStation, Shopify, and ERP systems (experience with systems such as Extensiv, SAP, or Oracle is a plus).
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong leadership and communication abilities, with the capacity to effectively manage a diverse team.
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Forklift certification and knowledge of warehouse safety protocols are desirable.
Efficient in Excel.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
