Summary/ObjectiveThe

Sales and Marketing Director

will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth, enhance brand visibility, and build strong customer relationships. The Director will be responsible for leading marketing, external and internal sales teams. This role requires a strategic leader with a proven track record in sales leadership and marketing management, particularly with experience in consultative selling of capital equipment.

What you would do:

Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve company revenue goals and market expansion objectives.

Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, setting clear performance goals and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

Design and oversee the execution of sales strategies, including territory management and sales processes.

Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.

Provide leadership and training to the team, fostering a deep understanding of our capital equipment's competitive advantages.

Develop and deliver training programs that equip the sales department with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively communicate these advantages to prospective and existing clients.

Oversee the product portfolio, identify market opportunities and implement strategies to enhance product offerings and maximize profitability.

Develop and implement a strategic business plan, which expands the customer base and ensures a strong brand presence in existing and new markets. This will include being a part of planning trade shows and general advertising and marketing.

What we require from you:

Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

Minimum of 3-5 years in a leadership position within consultative selling or capital equipment.

Working in the office approximately 80% of the time.

Proven record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing strategies, and market research.

Proficiency in MS Office, Salesforce or other CRM system. SharePoint, Teams a plus.
