DTC Director for Depemokimab

in the specialty business unit at GSK, you will be responsible for strategy and execution of patient marketing as part of the Depemokimab marketing team. You will work with internal and external partners to gain insights on the patient community to create the patient brand strategy and pull that through to a tactical plan and execution. You will identify and lead development of digital and non-digital patient assets such as web, social, mobile, print materials as well as innovative tactics to create a complete patient experience and omnichannel marketing approach. The role will also be responsible for patient digital media buys and using insights and measurement to optimize the patient omnichannel campaigns. This role will primarily focus on patient, but also lead tactics for other non-HCP customers such as caregivers. You will be part of a high-performing team moving with focus and pace to be ambitious for patients, and the role may provide you the opportunity to lead direct report, customer experience marketing managers.Responsibilities

Understand the patient community impacted by asthma and CRSwNP, the competitive landscape, and complex trends in the US marketplace to effectively contribute to the development, approval and deployment of patient focused marketing strategy, campaigns, & materials.Identify and build effective relationships with internal stakeholders to lead cross functional matrix partners towards a common goal and excellent execution.Analyze external and internal data to identify gaps and opportunities for the patient strategy.Create and lead key direct-to-patient focused marketing activities and tactics to support initiatives for patients with a collaborative mindset to deliver optimal impact.Partner with and manage multiple agencies and external partners to develop creative and execute promotional programs, evaluate project budget, and ensure project progress & delivery.Develop consumer messaging that improves the patients / physician dialogue and drives consumers to ask their physicians for Depemokimab.Develop KPIs, track performance and optimize omnichannel marketing programs for maximum impact.Work in an agile manner to pivot based on changes in the market and specialty portfolio.Lead a customer marketing team focused on the high priority opportunities.Why You?Basic Qualifications: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:Bachelor’s degree4 or more years of pharmaceutical marketing with consumer marketing a plus.Digital marketing experienceMinimum of 2 days per week in office required.Ability to travel up to 20% domestic travel.Preferred Qualifications: If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:Proven proactive leadership skills.Management of direct reports and cross-functional team leadership experience.Demonstrated ability to develop consumer marketing strategy & campaigns.More than five years’ experience in pharmaceutical marketing in specialty therapeutic areas.Knowledge of the US healthcare system, market environment, customer care, and competitors especially in respiratory or rare disease.Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills for a wide variety of audiences.Ability to interact and influence a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders.A specialized marketing degree or advanced degree such as a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA).#LI-GSKPlease visit GSK US Benefits Summary to learn more about the comprehensive benefits program GSK offers US employees.Why GSK?
