If you are an experienced HOA manager that is comfortable with technology, we now have an open position for a portfolio of five planned developments and one condominium complex, all within a 30-minute drive from our Oceanside office, some with bi-monthly meetings.

To support your efforts and ease your workload, we have a separate team of highly trained staff who handle compliance and ARC work, including inspections. You will also have a Manager Assistant who oversees vendors and work orders. Tools at your disposal include an iPhone, Thinkpad laptop, and MIFI device as well as access to the best industry software.

Work from home is allowed on an as-needed basis. When working on-site, you will enjoy a private window office, equipped with a 34” curved monitor, ergo keyboard, mouse, chair, and stand-up desk.

Must Have:

Three years or more of recent HOA management experience required and at least one of the following designations: CMCA, CCAM, AMS, PCAM, or LSM.

High integrity and ethical standards.

Proven ability to work with a BOD to effectively formulate and administer HOA policies, rules and regulations, and CC&R’s.

Proven ability to work well with homeowners, vendors, and other employees.

Bachelor's Degree or military service is a plus.
