This role demands strong leadership and organizational skills to coordinate cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities :Develop and manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.Coordinate between art, design, and technical teams to ensure seamless execution.Oversee budget management and resource allocation.Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external partners.Proactively solve project-related challenges, adjusting timelines and scopes as necessary.Ensure the final product meets the company’s vision and quality benchmarks.Qualifications :Bachelor’s degree in Game Development, Project Management, or a related field.At least 5 years of experience in game production, with a proven record of successfully shipping titles.Strong knowledge of game development processes, including design, programming, and art.Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership abilities.Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Compensation :Salary Range : $85,000 to $120,000 annually, depending on experience.BenefitsHealth Insurance: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage.Retirement Plans: 401(k) with company match.Paid Time Off: Generous PTO policy including vacation days, sick leave, and holidays.Professional Development: Access to training, workshops, and other opportunities for career growth.
