Broadcast Director
to join our team for vacation relief. We are seeking a team player who has control room and production experience, is creative and thinks outside the box.

Perform routine show reviewsCombo direct and TD special events and pre-productionExecute clean newscasts while keeping a pace expected by production managersMeet with show producer for every show, review needs and suggest ways to execute particular elementsOperate handheld and jib cameras as needed for shows and productionsNon-linear editing of promotional materialRequirements:
Automation system TD/Directing experience a must, ENPS and ELC preferredExperience with Bit Central playback system or a similar server based playback systemStrong communication and interpersonal skills and must be a team playerAbility to work under pressure and prioritize needs simultaneously.Experience with Edius and Adobe Creative SuiteMust be able to work a flexible scheduleThis is a union position (IBEW)TEGNA offers comprehensive benefits designed to safeguard the physical, mental and financial health of our employees and their families.
