Marketing Communications Project Manager The Marketing Communications Project Manager will play a crucial role in supporting our healthcare client’s line of business. This individual will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strategic relationships with business partners and stakeholders, while also managing various marketing communications projects. Key responsibilities will include coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring project timelines are met, and delivering high-quality marketing collateral.

Project Management:Manage assigned marketing communications projects, primarily focused on Medicare enrollment kits.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines are met and deliverables are of high quality.Conduct quality assurance reviews of data, translations, and ADA remediation for enrollment kits.Utilize project management tools and methodologies to track progress and identify potential risks.Stakeholder Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners and stakeholders.Coordinate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.Obtain necessary approvals from stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.Support the development of marketing collateral, including enrollment kits, brochures, and other materials.Ensure that all collateral aligns with the client’s brand guidelines and messaging.Manage relationships with external vendors involved in project execution, such as printers, translators, and accessibility specialists.Ensure that vendors deliver high-quality work on time and within budget.Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.1-3 years of experience in marketing communications project management or account management.Strong project management skills, including ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and solve problems effectively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Proficiency in project management tools and software.Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to healthcare marketing.You must be based in Northern California, Southern California, Colorado, Georgia, Hawaii, Mid-Atlantic, Pacific Northwest, or Washington.Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in the healthcare industry, particularly with Medicare.Familiarity with ADA compliance requirements.Experience with digital marketing and social media.The target hiring compensation range for this role is $35.23 to $39.14 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.About Aquent Talent:
