The ideal candidate will be responsible for building a world-class brand and growth strategy, leading a top-tier marketing product driven team, and driving the profitability of our strategies. This role involves developing and executing comprehensive product marketing initiatives, ensuring our messaging resonates across all market segments, and collaborating closely with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with product features and market needs. You will also oversee the launch and promotion of new products, optimize marketing campaigns for user acquisition, retention, and reactivation, and identify opportunities to expand market share. Additionally, you will evaluate current marketing trends, design social media campaigns, and make data-driven decisions to enhance the effectiveness of our strategies.Key ResponsibilitiesFormulate a world-class brand and growth strategy for the company.Consolidate and lead a top-tier marketing team, including specialists in advertising, PR, communications, growth, branding, and product marketing.Define and communicate the value of our products to potential customers through strategic product positioning and messaging.Develop and execute product launch strategies, coordinating with sales, product, and marketing teams to maximize impact.Lead the creation and optimization of marketing campaigns that drive user acquisition, retention, and reactivation.Collaborate closely with the product team to ensure alignment between product features, market needs, and marketing efforts.Evaluate current marketing trends and advertisements to assess the effectiveness of different styles and strategies.Design and execute social media marketing campaigns that are aligned with business objectives and market trends.Identify opportunities to reach new market segments, expand market share, and optimize product positioning in a competitive landscape.Measure and report the performance of marketing campaigns, making data-driven adjustments to enhance effectiveness.Desired backgroundMSc or MBA degree with a focus on Marketing.7+ years of proven experience in a senior marketing role, with at least 3 years in a leadership position. This should include substantial experience in product marketing, preferably within the tech industry or high-growth startups.Hands-on experience in leading successful product launches and comprehensive marketing campaigns.Proven ability to develop and implement branding strategies that significantly enhance market presence and brand equity.A strong customer focus with a keen understanding of customer needs, behaviors, and pain points, and the ability to translate these insights into compelling marketing strategies.Excellent leadership and project management skills with a strong analytical mindset.Creativity and the ability to think outside the box, coupled with proactive problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Passion for startups and a desire to make a significant impact on the company's growth.What we offerOpportunities to grow and developWorking remotely in a diverse and fast paced startupGreat compensation package in USD
