In this role, you will be a key member of the US leadership team and partner with technical leaders on business strategy and collaboration on the current client portfolio. As a highly experienced go-to-market strategist, you will create innovative marketing plans that have a clear and concise ROI and are actionable within the industry. You can scale teams and manage both onsite and remote workforces while also traveling as needed to meet role demands. You share the belief that inclusion is for all.A Day In The Life (Responsibilities)Lead, develop, and manage the ABGi USA direct sales, CPA Channel, and marketing organization on a day-to-day basis providing strategic direction both operationally and in management.Provide strategic direction, planning, and analytics to the US and parent company leadership team on performance management, sales and marketing strategy, including managing a sales and marketing budget on an ongoing basis.Sales and Business DevelopmentDevelop and execute selling strategies and client retention strategies across the department.Develop accurate sales forecasts that allow leadership to effectively capitalize on opportunities, manage issues, and measure performance.Responsible for leading the new business sales and CPA channel and identifying key areas of opportunity or gaps within the sales cycle.Oversee recruiting and training of employees in partnership with Talent Acquisition and determine key hiring metrics.Effectively drive and manage metrics through Salesforce and partner with internal teams to make data-driven decisions through the use of the CRM.Act as a hands-on operational business development leader and be the face of ABGi in the external marketplace and industry events as defined.Marketing and InnovationRepresent the voice of the customer to ensure marketing strategies, programs, and tactics help the brand connect with key clients (market & brand research).Oversee the creation and execution of a comprehensive marketing plan that includes digital marketing, content creation, events, and traditional marketing tactics.Frame marketing in alignment with professional services and with the CPA channel.Continually raising the profile of optimization of ABGi USA marketing profile to compete and be visible within the industry while creating internal KPIs for the internal marketing team.LeadershipOperate as a change leader by identifying, adopting, and taking on new approaches that enhance the client experience, efficiency, and profitability.Build and develop the sales force team with a keen eye towards influencing without authority and the ability to assess and motivate team members to raise the bar to their highest potential.Build and foster meaningful relationships with high-level executives, both internally and externally that lead to strategic partnerships enhancing ABGi’s footprint in the market.Participate and engage with all internal departments to create inclusion, unity, and shared collaboration.Continue to raise the bar of talent and performance of the marketing and sales teams while creating ongoing succession and talent development planning.Basic Qualifications:10 - 15 years of experience with a blend of both business development and marketing background; with a preference for experience in professional services.Minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required with an MBA or a post-secondary degree preferred.Must have a proven track record of leading growth sales teams.Proven track record of implementing complex and strategic marketing plans.Experience working with global companies is preferred.Successful track record of leveraging data and analytics to understand performance and improve results.Ability to be a data-driven leader and follow through with ongoing reports.Ability to travel both nationally and internationally as needed.
