Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Creative Director to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in designing compelling digital, print, and brand collateral, with a particular focus on creating visually striking and cohesive design solutions. As a Creative Director, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our brand's visual identity across various platforms, including signage, graphics for videos, websites, email campaigns, icons, and event logos. Experience within the design industry-particularly in home building, commercial sectors, products, or retail space-is a plus.Key Responsibilities:Design & Development:

Create engaging and on-brand digital and print designs including but not limited to signage, video graphics, website elements, email templates, icons, and logos for events.Brand Guidelines:

Develop design guidelines to ensure consistency and alignment across all marketing materials and platforms.Collaboration:

Work closely with the VP of Marketing and other team members to understand design needs and translate them into high-quality visual assets.Market Research:

Stay updated with industry trends and design innovations to ensure our designs remain relevant and impactful.Project Management:

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand standards.Feedback Integration:

Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and iterate on designs to refine and enhance final outcomes.Requirements:Education:

Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or a related field.Experience:

Minimum of 8 years of professional design experienceIndustry Knowledge:

Experience in home building, commercial design, product design, or retail space is highly desirable.Skills:Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and web design tools.Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.Experience in designing for various mediums, including digital (websites, social media, email) and print (brochures, signage).Ability to conceptualize and execute designs that align with brand strategy and objectives.Soft Skills:Excellent communication skills to articulate design ideas and concepts.Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to design challenges.
