Find out if this opportunity is a good fit by reading all of the information that follows below.The Senior Manager, Market Access Marketing, will manage all ongoing marketing activities related to access, including payer marketing material development, pull/push through material development, conference management, and field training. This role will also support access insight generation and strategy development. They will collaborate closely with the Director of National Accounts (DNAs), Marketing and Sales Team to drive product access and adoption.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Execute all facets of payer marketing initiatives (i.e. Payer ad boards, payer-facing resource development)

Responsible for conference planning for Market Access Team (i.e. payer, pharmacy, wholesaler conferences)

Lead the development of pull/push-through messages and resources to support field sales execution with HCPs, in close collaboration with brand marketing team

Conduct secondary payer research initiatives and generate insights to inform market access strategies

Lead the development of annual brand plan from a market access perspective, while ensuring alignment with the brand teams

Act as the Material Review Committee (MRC) lead for all payer & pharmacy materials

Proficient in using document management software Veeva

Support internal sales force training on managed care related topics.

Support broad market access related analytics and operations as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree (BA/BS), MBA preferred.

6-8 years of experience required with 2-3 years of Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, or consulting experience related to market access required.

Proficient in Veeva or similar document management software.

Deep knowledge of marketing material approval process and regulatory/compliance requirements in the U.S.

Analytical experience in core market access data tools including MMIT, IQVIA, FIA, IQVIA Xponent, etc.

Strong communication skills and ability to advocate and influence in cross-functional settings.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) required.

Critical Success factors: Strong communicator, a high level of attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects at a time.
