Terracon employee-owners are on a journey together, bringing our talents, our camaraderie, and our curiosity to bravely explore and discover new and better solutions to overcome client challenges.General Responsibilities:Responsible for providing administrative support to a team of marketing and/or client development professionals. Assist with maintaining proposals, presentations, and other marketing/communications materials. May coordinate travel, assist with event preparation and logistics. Maintain mailing lists and coordinate direct mail/email activities.Essential Roles and Responsibilities:* Provides marketing for qualification statements, proposal development forms and presentations formatting; research; vendor s preparation; materials gathering and organization; workshops, events and travel, logistics.* Responsible for inventory control of client development and company literature for respective office.* Maintains newsletter/direct mail distribution list for the office direct mail and email.* May generate reports from CRM and Power BI.* Assist in pursuit and proposal research using Dodge, Curate, IMS, ISQFT, etc.* Maintain files and records for client development materials, including annual update to master employee resumes, project capsules and related data for use in proposals and qualifications statements of the company.* Assists with direct mail activities for office.* Follows safety rules, guidelines, and standards for all projects. Participate in pre-task planning. Report any safety issues or concerns to management.* Enters contacts in CRM, registers our staff for events and conferences, renews memberships and maintains our event calendar.* Set up and break down professional displays at designated conferences or professional trade shows.* Schedules meetings with clients under the direction of the CD Manager.* Assist CD Manager with networking contacts and solicit advice or assistance from other members of the firm to implement strategy.* Facilitates the completion of the marketing/client development plans with department managers.* Collaborates with CD Manager to coordinate client and project pursuits.* Assists with organization and execution of promotional activities.Requirements:* High school diploma or equivalent; Minimum 3 years' relevant experience.* Bachelor's degree preferred* Valid driver's license with acceptable violation history.About TerraconTerracon is a 100 percent employee-owned multidiscipline consulting firm comprised of more than 6,000 curious minds focused on solving engineering and technical challenges from more than 175 locations nationwide.
