Develop high-quality visual content for marketing campaigns, including graphics, infographics, social media posts, email templates, banners, and print materials.Brand Consistency:

Ensure all visual designs adhere to the company's brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel across all marketing materials.Campaign Support:

Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create visual assets that support various marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches.Creative Development:

Conceptualize and execute innovative design solutions that engage target audiences and drive conversions.Digital Assets:

Design and optimize visual content for digital platforms, including websites, social media channels, and online advertisements.Print Materials:

Design marketing collateral for print, such as brochures, flyers, posters, and trade show materials.Analytics and Feedback:

Monitor the performance of visual content and make data-driven design improvements based on feedback and analytics.Collaboration:

Work closely with other designers, copywriters, and marketing professionals to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.Project Management:

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality.Qualifications:Education:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or a related field.Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within a marketing or advertising environment.Skills:

Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and familiarity with tools like Sketch or Figma.Portfolio:

Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including digital and print materials.Creativity:
