Proposal Developer

We are seeking a skilled Proposal Developer to join our team and contribute to our mission by producing high-quality proposals that help us secure new business opportunities.

CLJ HQ - Waldorf, MD
Rate:
$30/HR
Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Proposal Developer who can consistently produce 15 responsive federal proposals per month. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in writing, an eye for detail, and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines. This role is critical to our business development efforts, and the successful candidate will play a key role in helping us achieve our growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:Develop, write, and edit high-quality proposals that align with client requirements and company standards.Maintain a strong understanding of brand standards and ensure all branding, graphics, and layouts are consistently applied throughout proposals.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information for proposal development.Communicate clearly and consistently throughout project development to keep all stakeholders informed and aligned.Ensure all proposals are compliant with client specifications and submitted on time.Maintain a consistent workflow to meet the monthly target of
15 proposals.Continuously improve the proposal process, incorporating feedback and best practices.Organize and maintain electronic files and archives of all proposal work, including photos, images, and supporting materials.Research and analyze RFPs, RFQs, and other proposal requests to develop competitive responses.Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate relevant information into proposals.Ensure visual consistency and professional presentation.Work efficiently and carefully to deliver quality results on both small and large projects, collaborating with team members while suggesting new approaches to improve formats and layouts.Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Proposal Developer, preferably in industry.Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.Strong organizational and time management abilities.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Familiarity with proposal management tools and software is a plus.What We Offer:
