Overview Local candidates only please The Sr. Manager of Marketing will be responsible for the marketing function for Boston Center for Plastic Surgery, the premier cosmetic and plastic surgery practice in the Boston area. The Sr. Manager will develop and implement marketing strategies to maintain the brand, attract new patients, and retain established ones. This role requires a strong marketing background with an understanding of the plastic surgery industry or a desire to learn, and the ability to create and execute successful marketing campaigns. The Sr. Manager will report to the Director of Marketing and work in partnership with key stakeholders including the Director of Marketing, Physician leaders, Providers, and the Director of Practice Operations to achieve overall company goals. Responsibilities Work in partnership with key stakeholders to build out the marketing strategy that encompasses all aspects of marketing (Websites, Social, SEO, PPC, Email, Text etc.) and supports short-term lead generation goals and longer-term growth of patient volume and practice revenue. Manage vendors responsible for digital marketing, advertising and other outsourced marketing functions to ensure alignment with company goals. Create layered strategies and manage content calendars across multiple platforms and accounts (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook to name a few). Previous experience working within a marketing agency strongly preferred. Experience working in a for-profit, service-oriented environment is required. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
