Key Responsibilities:

Client & Freelancer ManagementServe as the primary contact for client communications, ensuring expectations are consistently exceeded.

Regularly meet with a team of seven freelancers to maintain collaboration and strong relationships.

Project CoordinationManage both new and existing client contracts, keeping clients informed on invoices and deliverables.

Oversee weekly project execution for four retainer clients, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes.

Systems ImprovementEnhance operational systems to streamline contract development, work-sharing, and team management.

Mentorship & SupportEngage in strategic planning sessions with the CEO, providing feedback on business performance and areas for improvement.

Recommended Qualifications:
