Job Description:The Entry Level Marketing Assistant at CORE X PLUG supports the marketing team in implementing and managing marketing campaigns, conducting research, and assisting in various promotional efforts. This role is ideal for a creative, detail-oriented individual who is looking to gain experience in the field of marketing. The Marketing Assistant will help with social media, email marketing, content creation, and market research while working closely with senior marketing staff.

$21.50 - $32.00 per hour

Responsibilities:Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, both online and offlineSupport the team with social media management, including scheduling posts and responding to customer inquiriesConduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends relevant to the companyHelp with the design and distribution of marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, and promotional emailsTrack and report on marketing campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and email marketing platformsMaintain and update the company's website and social media profiles with current contentAssist with organizing and coordinating promotional events and product launchesMonitor competitor marketing activity and provide insights to the teamManage customer databases and email lists for targeted campaignsCollaborate with other departments to ensure alignment between marketing activities and company goalsProvide administrative support to the marketing department, including preparing reports and presentationsPerform any other duties as assigned by the Marketing ManagerQualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required)Prior experience or internships in marketing is a plus but not requiredProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and marketing toolsStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesCreative mindset with attention to detailAbility to work independently and in a team environmentBenefits:
