What's expected?
* Provide excellent customer service to members/guests* Welcome, greet, and engage with members/guests upon arrival* Answer phones, book appointments / sell memberships, gift cards, upgrades and retail products* Implementing/Maintaining social media marketing* Organizing/Hosting off-site marketing events* Excellent problem-solving, multi-tasking and prioritizing skills* Promote health/wellness benefits of massage therapy and skin care* Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance* Positive, bubbly, energetic attitude* Team player but also able to work alone at times* Perform various other duties as assigned
