Marketing Assistant Department: Messa Sync Employment Type: Full Time Location: Kansas City Compensation: $3,900 - $5,500 / month Description Job Description: As a Marketing Assistant at Messa Sync, you will support the marketing team in developing and implementing marketing strategies. Your role will involve creating engaging content, conducting market research, assisting with event planning, and analyzing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. You will also collaborate with various departments to ensure cohesive brand messaging and help maintain our online presence. Key Responsibilities Responsibilities: Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans and campaigns. Create content for social media, websites, email newsletters, and other marketing materials. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive analysis. Help organize and coordinate marketing events and promotional activities. Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns. Maintain and update the company's social media profiles and website. Support the marketing team with administrative tasks and project management. Collaborate with other departments to ensure brand consistency. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and familiar with social media platforms. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in marketing or related fields is a plus.
