Level: Senior Travel Percentage: Up to 25% Job Location: DSS Juno Beach - Juno Beach, FL Job Shift: Day Position Type: Full Time Job Category: Management Education Level: 4 Year Degree As the Product Marketing Director, you will play a pivotal role in aligning our product strategy with effective sales and marketing tactics to drive success and achieve outstanding results. Your extensive experience in US Healthcare product marketing, with a focus on acute care, mental health, and behavioral health across both commercial and state markets, will be key to your success in this role. Key Responsibilities: Leverage your deep knowledge of major EHR systems in Acute Care, Ambulatory, and Behavioral Health to inform and guide our marketing strategies. Apply your expertise in EHRs to enhance product positioning and market relevance. Understand the patient journey and healthcare models to tailor our marketing efforts effectively. You will work closely with the VP of Sales and the Director of Juno Health Marketing to ensure the smooth integration of product information from Product Operations and to develop innovative programs that drive demand. Additionally, you will collaborate regularly with Product Line Managers, the Director of Product Management, and the VP of Product Operations to achieve our goals. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Essential Duties: Collaborate with product operations and marketing communications to develop product positioning and messaging that resonate with our target buyer personas. Market intelligence—be the expert on our buyers, who are they, how they buy and their key buying criteria. Understand the competitive landscape—be an expert on our competition and how they are positioned. Develop a marketing plan with our marketing team, including key activities and budgets to support the retention of existing customers and the acquisition of new customers. Plan the launches of net-new products and releases of existing products and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan, including customer facing release information. Act as a thought leader for Juno Health externally, including speaking engagements and written works, and support Public Relations activities. Understand and support our sales channels; train them on the problems we solve for our buyers and users; Develop Sales tools, including value propositions, competitive positioning, launch scripts, customer proof points, ROI metrics and calculations. Other Duties: Understand and document our buyer’s process, including where they get information, and the who, what, when and why behind the decisions they make. Then drive changes to our sales and marketing processes based on what you learn. Assess the effectiveness of the marketing programs that support your products on an ongoing basis, and report back to the business on required changes. Support Juno Health brand awareness through attendance in local and national industry events, trade shows, and other networking events. Manage administrative tasks, i.e., maintain CRM data, Time reporting, travel arrangements and expense reporting, etc. as required by company policies. Up to 25% travel to conferences to perform assigned activities. Additional travel to DSS Juno Health meetings as required. Required: Knowledge of the of the major Acute Care, Ambulatory, and Behavioral Health industry EHR’s. Knowledge and the Application of EHR Acumen. Knowledge of the patient journey and related health care models. Comfortable using collaboration and CRM tools such as HubSpot. Familiar with marketing automation tools such as Marketo, Pardot and Omniture, and Google Analytics. Power user of networking tools such as LinkedIn, X, Facebook and Instagram. Exceptional ROI-tracking skills, able to prove what is –or isn’t—working Must be a strong public speaker, comfortable in front of large, senior groups, and a solid writer. Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams and third parties. Team player Works effectively (maintaining quality and data accuracy) under tight timelines and schedules. Independently manage time effectively to consistently achieve goals. Ability to be agile in a rapidly changing industry and a growing organization. Effectively manage large volumes of email, in person meetings, conference calls and travel. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Proficient in productivity applications such as Microsoft Office, Project, JIRA/Attlassian, or Basecamp. U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident status required Visa Sponsorship or C2C not available Education: Required: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business and Marketing, 7 years of product marketing experience with at least 3 years of experience in a market-facing role (e.g. delivering presentations to customers and prospects, conducting competitor analysis and market research) Desired: Pragmatic Institute Certified (PMC) III or higher preferred.
