They will play a crucial role in protecting clients' business interests and brand elements throughout various campaign phases, from concept to implementation, while also advising on compliance and handling challenges from government agencies, competitors, and consumers. Additionally, the Partner will lead litigation efforts related to false advertising and unfair competition claims, foster client relationships, and contribute to business development initiatives.Duties:
Provide expert legal counsel on advertising, marketing, and promotions matters in traditional and new mediaProtect clients’ business interests and brand elements throughout campaign life cyclesCounsel clients to avoid and respond to challenges from government agencies, competitors, and consumersLead litigation of false advertising and unfair competition claims in court and before NADCultivate and maintain strong client relationshipsActively participate in business development initiatives to expand the advertising, marketing, and promotions practiceRequirements:
J.D. from an ABA accredited law schoolExcellent academic credentials10 years of specialized experience in advertising lawAbility to learn and embrace new skills and best practicesAbility to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlinesAbility to work well independently and within a teamAbility to lead and mentor junior attorneys and legal staffStrong negotiation and advocacy skillsExperience in litigation of false advertising and unfair competition claimsEducation & Certifications:
