If you are interested in applying for this job, please make sure you meet the following requirements as listed below.We are looking for a Sr. Product Manager focused on accelerating growth and discoverability across Amazon's most strategic brand partners. This PM will own a Program across North America Stores focused on accelerating brand growth of Amazon's most strategic brand partners in their first year. You will help define our roadmap for 2024 with the goal of delivering hundreds of millions of additional dollar value across all consumer categories. This person will build solutions for brand growth at scale, leaning into automation and testing. This Sr. PM will also be writing quarterly documents outlining updates and hotly debated topics to leadership.

Key job responsibilities

Develop strategies to maximize growth by increasing discoverability for new brand and product launches and work cross functionally across internal teams to test and launch them.

Have in-depth understanding of key business, discoverability, and customer metrics, and report out on them during regular business reviews.

Have in-depth understanding of systems and metrics that impact a discoverability of our brands and our customer's shopping journey.

Be an excellent writer and regularly communicate with VP and S-Team leadership.

Be comfortable with ambiguity and be willing to test and learn.

Influence others without authority to gain buy-in for your deliverables.

Seek out ways to automate and simplify processes in order to improve productivity and scale across a growing number of brands.

Basic Qualifications

5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.

Experience with end to end product delivery.

Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.

Experience as a product manager or owner.

Experience owning technology products.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights.

Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $110,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
