Qualis Corporation is seeking a Technical Writer to support the development, revision, version control, and publication of Enterprise IT service management-related documentation. The Technical Writer will be the primary POC on the project Team for:
In order to make an application, simply read through the following job description and make sure to attach relevant documents.Rewrite and/or edit technical documents such as technical training content and related technical publications to communicate clearly and effectively technical specifications and instructions to a wide range of audiences.Monitoring documentation updates and coordinating with Product/Process Owners for configuration control.Support charter development, documentation, and revision updates.Support all Teams on documentation development and maintenance.Creates templates.Documents and updates processes and procedures - supporting functional leads.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (relevant experience may be substituted for education).7-12 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in support of DoD programs.Must hold an active DoD Secret security clearance.ITIL foundations preferred.Qualis Corporation is committed to hiring and retaining a diverse and talented workforce who can contribute to the mission and vision of the Company.
