Executive Director of MarketingOMG National, a 33-year-old marketing firm and five-year Inc. 5000 recipient, is seeking a qualified Business Development Specialist (BDS) for remote employment. The BDS will specialize in reaching out to set appointments with new and existing prospects, presenting the opportunity for a Digital Marketing evaluation. This is a phone prospecting position and a vital addition to our team.Essential Duties And Responsibilities:Stay organized in and committed to calling a minimum of 4-hours of talk time or 300 calls a day.Qualify prospects that are interested in setting up a Digital Marketing consultation with our Business Development Managers.Learn and memorize phone campaign pitches and associated brand/product concepts.Tirelessly reach out to our lists of 100,000+ contacts, introducing our brand and gathering information.Properly use our CRM to efficiently call, notate, and disposition behavior and client responses.Qualifications:Native level English.An excellent, friendly phone voice that both gives and commands respect.An unyielding tenacity to get through thousands of phone calls weekly.Intermediate+ level of computer fluency with a capacity to seamlessly integrate into our proprietary internal phone and contact management software. Ability to type 40WPM.Work Environment:
OMG National is a creative environment featuring an eclectic staff of individuals. Our office is headquartered in Davie, Florida, however we are a fully remote company, allowing you to work from home!Compensation + Hiring:
