Design and Technical Program Manager - Holland, MI (Hybrid)
We are currently looking for a Design and Technical Program Manager to join our team in Holland, MI.As a Design and Technical Program Manager you will:Create strategic direction and execution approach for Marketing Technology Design Tools to create competitive advantage for Haworth’s sales/field members, dealer network, and customers.Essential Functions
Works with Haworth leadership to understand global business strategies and direction to globally form direction for design tools.Develops design tool strategy, in alignment with Haworth’s business direction, to communicate Haworth’s product offering through design tools with precision, accuracy, and timeliness.Understands intent and details of Haworth’s product offering and direction to represent it in design tools to ensure easier, more accurate design, resulting in less specification errors, more accurate designs, and improved customer satisfaction.Presents design tools and strategy to all levels of business, dealerships, and customers upon request to support understanding, purpose, and adoption of tools.Leads training development for dealer designers and leaders to ensure successful use of tool.Collaborates with Engineering leaders to understand product and system strategy, business drivers, and product capabilities to ensure efficient logic, rule development, and performance are accurately reflected in design tool development.Understands complex relationships and connectivity with other design, specification, and ordering tools to successfully create integrated solutions with goal to create more efficient processes within Haworth’s dealerships and sales team.Performs other duties within scope as assigned.Must be able to perform all essential job function with/without accommodation.Ability to effectively use office automation, communication, software, and tools used in Haworth office environment.Required Qualifications
Education:Bachelor Degree in marketing, communications, interior design, or equivalent.Education Equivalency: Associate Degree in marketing, communications, interior design PLUS 2 years related experience OR 4 years related experience.Work Experience:7 years experience in interior design, design tools, and/or marketing with Bachelor’s Degree.5 years experience in interior design, design tools, and/or marketing with Master’s Degree.Additionally:Ability to work in Holland, MI without relocation assistance.Current and continuing right to work in the United States without sponsorship.Preferred Qualifications
8 years experience in interior design, design tools, and/or marketing with Bachelor’s Degree.5 years experience in interior design, design tools, and/or marketing with Master’s Degree.Haworth experience preferred.Architectural and Design industry preferred.Experience with Revit, CET, and Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
