All candidates should make sure to read the following job description and information carefully before applying.Design the interior and exterior of restaurant buildingsSketch preliminary architectural design drawingsDraw rough and detailed scale plansCollaborate with team members to determine how interior space will functionCreative designAll candidates MUST have the following experiences to qualify for considerationBachelor’s degree in Construction Management , or related field is preferred8 - 10 years’ experience in restaurant design/construction is a MUSTStrong experience with AutoCAD, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop & Sketchup are a MUSTKnowledge of federal, state, and local regulatory requirementsProficient in reading and understanding construction documentsExperience with MS Office Suite, Excel, PowerPoint, and PMPRevit is a big plus
