As part of the Project Starline team, you'll work with researchers and engineers in a fast-paced product-oriented environment. Our teams collaborate closely with Google Workspace and Research teams. Your contributions will have an impact on the future of communications with Google products. You will apply technology to solve that really important problem that we often want to be together and we can’t.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $208,000-$306,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Provide leadership, direction, and mentorship for a team of UX Designers. Lead creative and holistic thinking across diverse product releases, platforms, and devices.Build relationships and operating rhythms with leaders inside and outside their core product team to efficiently implement user experiences that are cohesive, inclusive, and well-informed.Deliver a strategic UX vision, along with a plan for evolutionary, iterative updates to actualize that vision over time.Manage the team resource allocation, skill alignment, creative process, and accountability to deliver results.
