Job Purpose

Representing the Operations/Maintenance and Construction divisions of Worley Alaska, the Recruiter leads all craft recruiting activities for North Slope operations and Anchorage Fabrication shop. Partnering with hiring managers, the Recruiter will manage the full recruiting life cycle to onboard new talent. Flexible/hybrid work schedule available.

Essential Job Functions

Build a pipeline of candidates and maintain relationships with qualified candidates and contacts.Partner with Hiring Managers and HR in planning activities to determine hiring needs, trends, and recruiting strategies.Screen candidates to assess their compatibility with available positions.Work with hiring managers to create job descriptions.Oversee interviewing, testing, and hiring processes to ensure adherence to all equal employment opportunity (EEO) legislation, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and other government compliance requirements.Utilize Worley’s applicant tracking system as well as external tools (social media, job boards) to reach a qualified applicant pool.Make job offers to candidates explaining full job description, assignment, compensation, and benefits.Serve as the primary point-of-contact for candidates throughout the recruiting process.Initiate onboarding activities for candidates such as background/MVR screens, engage team for pre-employment drug screening, schedule new hire orientation and review upcoming site-specific training and travel to job site.Represent the company at conferences, associations, job fairs, and other networking events to build relationships, promote the company, and develop an understanding of the regional employment market.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service, including customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for service, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.Knowledge of Alaska oil and gas services industry.Knowledge of equal employment opportunity laws, ADA, and other government compliance regulations that affect job recruitment.Ability to manage competing demands, accept criticism and constructive feedback, while being extremely adaptable and flexible.Ability to work in a team environment.Skill at organizing office systems and information.Skills in communicating effectively orally and in written format.Physical Demand/Work Environment

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years’ experience Recruiting/Human Resources specifically focused on industrial construction and/or maintenance.Minimum 3 years’ work experience in Office Suite programs (i.e. Word, Excel, and Outlook).High school diploma or equivalent (GED).Preferred Qualifications

Experience using applicant tracking systems.Experience recruiting for a company of 100+ employees in the oil and gas industry.Experience recruiting for craft positions.Company
