Create, manage, and execute paid and organic search campaigns across multiple industries and search engines while maintaining a strong understanding of the clients’ goals and expectations for their campaigns. Responsibilities

Manage, and execute paid and organic search campaigns, including: account set up, strategy, and day to day managementIncrease effectiveness of campaigns through monitoring and testing keywords, ad copy, and keyword bidsAdvanced analysis of trends as well as qualitative and quantitative data to recommend campaign changes and updates to clients and account teamsMonitor paid search trends, best practices, and techniques to keep up to date on search marketing knowledgeDevelop SEM strategy, roadmap and recommendations for SEM client campaignsPerform rigorous, regular campaign analysis & optimizationsProvide research and support for business development teamDevelop estimates, budgets, and strategies for client campaign and new business opportunitiesPrepare and present weekly and monthly campaign reporting for clients and internal teamsOversee the financial aspect of paid search – vendor invoices, client billing, and record managementTake lead in client and publisher meetings and training as necessary

Requirements

Extensive experience in paid and organic search campaign managementCertified in AdWords Fundamentals, Search Advertising, Shopping, and Google AnalyticsCollege degree in business, marketing, or advertising or equivalent experienceDigital agency experience is requiredStrong experience with paid search platforms including Google AdWords and Bing Ads as well as web analytics tools such as Google Analytics or WebTrendsExcellent Excel skills: (pivot tables, vlookups, sumifs, charts, etc.)Excellent PPC experience: keyword bid optimization, ad copy optimization, and landing page optimizationExperience with web content management platforms such as; WordPress, Drupal, and EktronExperience translating analytics data into meaningful results, using Excel, PowerPoint, and other toolsStrong quantitative and analytical experience, especially in search engine marketingThorough understanding of SEO, paid content platforms, Google’s best practices, and industry trendsTeam-player, self-driven and analytical
