So if you want to join a fast-growing, award-winning, creative team, we’d love to hear from you.This role is full-time, requires a hybrid work schedule, and is only available in New York City.Role Overview:The successful candidate will represent a mix of creative creator-first thinking and strategic reasoning alongside strong written and verbal skills to articulate not only the team’s ideas, but also the value behind them. As a senior leader of the team, your responsibility will be both interfacing directly with clients and championing great creator work.Responsibilities:In this role you will:Play a lead role in the agency’s cross-office Creators & Casting team, leading a talented group of creator strategists ranging from associate to senior-levelDemonstrate a strong point of view on what makes great creative influencer work, and not be afraid to share it with both teams and clientsDefine, shape and sell creator and influencer ideas that consistently tie back to brand brief & strategyShepherd and guide the work, poking holds, asking questions and pushing to make the work the best it can beBuild impactful partnerships & relationships with clientsDemonstrate consistent curiosity and learning within the creator and digital industries, with a finger on the pulse of what is happening in culture, across categoriesBuild industry relationships and extend the Day One communitySupport relevant new business projects as needed, including team oversight, shaping RFP and pitch responses, shepherding winning creative and presenting to prospective clients.Requirements10+ years of experience, managing or contributing to influencer and creator workDemonstrated team player working among different departments including creative, earned media, and socialExperience in leading and mentoring a diverse team, exemplifying excellent judgment and people skillsExperience overseeing influencer strategy, negotiations, contracting, execution and measurementExperience thinking through both tactics and the big pictureExperience ideating and articulating the why and the how of an ideaUnderstanding of both major and emerging social platformsLeadership and creative problem solving skillsDemonstrated passion for people, organization, and an excitement to collaborate in a fast-paced team environmentExpert knowledge of how paid, earned, and owned channels work togetherMinimum of a Bachelor’s Degree from accredited universityThe Company is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base compensation range for this role is $160,000-$210,000 and this position is eligible for benefits that include medical insurance (health, dental, and vision), retirement plan, paid time off, paid parental leave, new business and employee referral bonuses, etc. Please note that the compensation information provided is a good faith estimate for New York City and California based hires only and is provided pursuant to the New York City and California Pay Transparency Law. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as candidates' relevant work experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
