While professional experience and qualifications are key for this role, make sure to check you have the preferable soft skills before applying if required.As the Director – Procurement & Fulfilment, you would lead the fulfillment and execution excellence center of excellence across PVI portfolio. You would be managing both buying and expediting teams at the respective business unit and responsible for on-time delivery of material and maintaining fill rates. You will need to work closely with key stakeholders internally as well as suppliers to build sustaining fulfillment strategies via Kaizens and joint workshops. You will be responsible for building a high-performance team & process to ensure supply disruptions are identified proactively and risk mitigations are established.In addition, you will be responsible for creating and enforcing policies relating to the procure-to-pay process, driving process improvement/simplification, and optimizing resources that deliver improved operational efficiency and/or enhance the value to the businesses.Key Responsibilities:

Developing and implementing cost-effective procurement strategies and policies for the purchasing of raw materials, goods, and services.Developing and implementing fulfillment risk mitigation strategies.Working closely with the planning organization to optimize purchasing needs – EOQ/MOQ, Lead Times.Driving rigor in RFQ management, price review & compliance, purchase terms management & compliance.Ensuring timely placement of purchase orders in alignment with business requirements.Developing, monitoring PO bill of authority and ensuring compliance, enforcing No PO No Pay for the organization.Ensuring the timeliness and effectiveness of goods and services, ensuring delivery risks are identified proactively and mitigation plans are put in place.Maintaining advantageous relationships with suppliers and managing disputes.Monitoring supplier performance for optimal business operations performance, driving joint improvement projects.Qualifications/Requirements:

APICS / CPM certification.Minimum 10 years of professional experience within the areas of procurement, planning, operations or supply chain management, preferably from a global company.Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in Supply Chain.Excellent understanding & working knowledge of risks and constraints in supply chain both in the US as well as globally.Strong business acumen and good understanding of supplier relationship management.Good negotiator with strong analytical and outstanding communication skills.Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions in complex and/or ambiguous business environments.History of building strong client and supplier relationships.Demonstrated global/multicultural acumen with experience in dealing with suppliers in China, Korea, India, Taiwan.Energetic, independent and proactive with a strong systematic and structured approach to assignments.Ability to handle multiple topics simultaneously while maintaining a positive attitude.Dedicated team player thriving in a dynamic environment with many cross-cultural interfaces.
