What You Will Do

Work alongside key stakeholders to identify opportunities for analyzing and leveraging company data to drive the company's decision-making processes.

Create and maintain various models and analytical reports to assist all departments and provide actionable information to management.

Build reporting, ad hoc analyses, and dashboards to help drive business decisions in the areas of sales, production, performance, etc.

Collaborate with team leaders to analyze and explain departmental performance, prepare analyses to support departmental objectives, and communicate key trends and issues.

Who We Are Seeking

Proven experience in business and marketing analysis, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

Strong data analysis and modeling skills, with advanced skills in Excel and similar tools.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.

Skills in SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI, or Google Analytics.

Experience in working with large datasets and performing advanced statistical analysis

Bachelor’s degree in a business or related. Focus on data analytics a plus.

Two to four years of data analytics experience.

Must be able to work onsite in South Portland, Maine.
