This role is highly collaborative, working across Sales Account Executives, Account Managers, Creative & Campaign Managers, and external teams. The Pre-Sales Account Manager's strategic and consultative media strategy expertise is considered critical to unlocking greater value and impact for our advertisers.

About the Role: We are looking for a customer obsessed Account Manager to support the Amazon Advertising sales team. You will play a critical role in our ability to prioritize both quality and speed to onboard net-new customers. As a member of a growing team, you will support sales in meeting its goals and providing excellent customer service to clients. In this role, you will build proposals for media plans inclusive of measurement strategies to support client goals and requests. You will drive operational excellence in this role to ensure our campaigns launch as planned to meet client expectations. The Pre-sales AM plays a critical role in media & measurement strategy, supporting pre-sale pipeline management, insights enablement, and opportunity accuracy in CRM system.

Pre-sales Account Manager owns media planning for net-new advertises, inclusive of media plan creation and measurement setup, acting as a consultant for all measurement solutions

Intake of prospecting pipeline and responses to requests for proposals (RFPs)

Earning Trust while influencing buying decisions

Map account strategies, aligning resources and uncovering which of our video products best serve the advertiser’s needs.

Basic Qualifications

2+ years professional experience

High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong analytical skills

Previous sales planning or advertising agency experience is preferred

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Digital and/or TV Advertising

Media sales planning experience

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $56,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $108,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. This position is eligible for variable pay via a sales compensation plan. These plans pay according to achievement level against sales targets and/or business objectives. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
