About the role

The Patient Marketing Lead supporting Hidradenitis Suppurativa (HS) will be critical in developing the patient marketing strategy and leading execution for the HS indication of UCB's product. This marketer will support DTC campaigns, patient ambassador programs, media strategy, planning and measurement and patient support program marketing.

Who you'll work withThis individual will lead AOR and key 3rd party vendors to deliver insight based solutions and work cross functionally with HCP and Medical teams to ensure continuity in execution across UCB.

What you'll doLead workstreams that support the overall campaign development and strategy for patientsGather and leverage insights to build and execute strategy related to HS patient education and engagement pre and post brand choiceDevelop all promotional materials to support DTP/patient engagement & digital marketing initiatives and manage content through the review committee processUnderstand the post-prescription journey for patients and identify opportunities to create and enhance patient experienceOwn the patient ambassador strategy and identify opportunities to engage with patients that enhance their experience and the overall strategyStrategically manage the OpEx budget and lead the communication to leadership regarding spend targets and regular reporting cadencesConsistently deliver on project requirements, strives for flawless execution and challenges the business to think differentlyCompliance is a part of how we operate within UCB. Interested? For this role we're looking for the following education, experience and skills

Minimum Qualifications:BS/BA degree requiredAt least 8+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech marketing with a track record of meeting and exceeding targetsPrior experience developing national DTC/DTP campaigns from strategy to executionPrior experience working with key internal stakeholders including marketing, legal, market access, privacy, and compliancePrior experience managing agencies of record to deliver tactical plans on time and on budgetSold speaking, writing, and budgeting skills. Ability to present to groups of all sizes, sometimes on short noticeInfluence across the internal matrix to drive change and gain stakeholder support

Preferred Experience/Skills:MBA preferredDermatology and/or biologic/specialty marketing experience strongly preferredPre/Peri-Launch & Launch experience preferred

This positions reasonably anticipated base salary range is $142,000-186,000. The actual salary offered will take into account related knowledge, skills, experience and location among other factors and may fall outside the expected range.
