With over 300 locations globally since 2018, we’re a brand on the move.POSITION:Assistant General Managers are responsible for meeting and exceeding studio revenue goals and new membership sales target by executing strategic community outreach, in-studio lead generation, and generating member referrals.Under the management of a Franchise Owner, General Manager and with the support of the Corporate BFT Support Team, Sales Managers must exemplify leadership qualities in sales.AGMs must have the ability to build lasting relationships with prospective and current members in order to build a strong ambassadorship and retain members. The Sales Manager is rooted in sales and marketing while upholding our mission to fuel energetic communal experience.REQUIREMENTS:2+ years of fitness membership sales or similar recurring membership servicesStrong sales experienceConfident in generating personal sales and training team members on sales processesAbility to manage and drive 2 revenue streams: memberships and retailMust be fluent in English and have excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone and via emailAbility to excel in a fast changing, diverse environmentAbility to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgmentAn affinity and passion for fitnessSolid writing and grammar skillsHighly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlinesProfessional, punctual, reliable and neatStrong attention to detail and accuracyTrustworthy and ability to handle confidential informationAbility to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the general publicProficiency with computers, CRMs, POS, and other studio management softwareDUTIES:Align with studio owner’s daily, weekly, and monthly revenue targetsLead generation including grassroots marketing, external prospecting, and community networkingImplement sales process to schedule prospects into Intro classesMembership sales including overcoming objections and prospect follow upManage staff schedule and hold team accountable for daily KPI executionDirectly communicate and coordinate with all vendorsAudit sales process to ensure proper executionIdentify areas of opportunity in the sales process and develop training curriculum to ensure improvement of team member skillsetsEnsuring studio retail/products are stocked with accurate inventory countsSupervise, train, and develop Sales Associate teamDisplay proficiency in ClubReady, the CRMEnsure all forms, administrative supplies, and studio supplies are stockedSchedule and participate in lead generation and networking eventsStrategically manage marketing campaigns to deliver lead goals for the studioAny other duties as assignedCOMPENSATION & BENEFITS:This position offers a very competitive base compensation; based on experience & performanceCommission paid on individual salesOpportunity to bonus, based on performanceUnlimited growth potential within the company
