Summary

The Marketing Manager is responsible and accountable for key marketing strategies for our North American family of companies, focused on a specific product/technology area. This position is part of an internal marketing team that works with technology group leaders, SMEs and sales teams to develop new products and services, as well as support general sales initiatives and brand awareness for our companies.

ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and track marketing programs such as email, social media, or digital ad campaignsCollaborate with SMEs and other internal teams (e.g. product and sales) to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiativesAnalyze and report on the performance and efficiency of programs and campaignsConduct market research and analyze trends to identify new market/channel opportunitiesDevelop and create marketing materials, such as sales and product collateral, and ensure brand guidelines are metWrite, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different mediumsDevelop and implement content updates for the company websitesIdentify important trends through marketing and customer dataQualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field3-5 years of experience; must be in B2B marketingMust have strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign and Photoshop/IllustratorExperience with marketing automation tactics and systems, such as Pardot/HubSpotExperienced with social media marketing and advertising; mainly LinkedIn and TwitterFamiliar with digital advertising creation, monitoring and reportingFamiliar with website writing and editing (WordPress and Magento)Ability to manage multiple projects at onceSkilled in writing and editing content with an attention to detailAbility to collaborate with cross-functional teams, include technical and sales teamsAbility to analyze problems and create a solutionStrong prioritization and organization skillsAbility to travel as necessary#flowcontrolgroup#LI-JS
