Interested in this role You can find all the relevant information in the description below.RESPONSIBILITIES: Kforce has a client in Miami, FL that is looking for a Senior Product Designer - Onboard Revenue with expertise in user experience, interaction, and visual design to lead various product initiatives within a pioneering digital organization for one of the world's most beloved cruise brands.

Summary: Join our Digital Product Design team and be a part of our ongoing innovation and expansion across platforms, including native mobile applications, web, TV experiences, and more. As a Senior Product Designer, you'll collaborate closely with a talented team of designers, engineers, and product experts to address unique challenges faced by guests and crew members of Company and Celebrity Cruises within digital ecosystems.

Responsibilities:

Product Design: Utilize your senior expertise to influence and enhance the design of various digital products, ensuring a cohesive and high-quality guest experience that aligns with our brand identity and meets user needs.Prototyping and Iteration: Create high-fidelity prototypes and iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing results, ensuring a polished and refined final product.Design Systems: Contribute to our design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across all digital touchpoints and teams.Communication: Articulate design decisions and concepts clearly and persuasively to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Data-Driven: Utilize data insights to inform design decisions and enhance user experiences, ensuring that every interaction is optimized for maximum impact.Elevating User Experience: Strategize, brainstorm, implement key features to enhance digital and experiential products, ensuring a seamless and delightful user journey.Flexible and Adaptive: Thrive in ambiguity and change, adapting to evolving organizational needs while maintaining a high level of performance and creativity.REQUIREMENTS:

MSc/BSc degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred.Experience with modern product design and prototyping tools required: Figma, Framer, Adobe CC, or similar.Proven in the digital space with a portfolio including real, shipped digital products from end to end that are well designed in form as well as function, that real people use.Portfolio must include transactional ecommerce experience from product display and merchandising to checkout and payment journeys.Ability to distill complex processes into simple, clear, user interactions.Obsessive attention to detail.Excellent written communication & documentation skills.Anticipates issues at a macro and micro level simultaneously.High organization and efficiency working with multiple projects to meet tight deadlines.You create an emotional connection between our brand and our guests by making beautiful and thoughtfully crafted experiences with delightful interactions.You get technology and speak digital with confidence; You understand how all the pieces fit together in a software development life cycle and how design thinking and systems can help every step of the way.You are ambitiously curious, always learning; good enough is never enough, and you drive towards constant, relentless improvement both in the work and yourself.Next-level charisma and energy, bringing a magnetic attitude, inspiration and enthusiasm to our team and partners.You teach and share naturally, you observe, listen and form perspective and opinions then share them with your community, peers, leaders and juniors.The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable.
