What you’ll do…

Lead a cross-functional buying matrix team, establish strategy and manage budgets to drive profitable growth.

Develop robust partnerships with suppliers, using vision and creativity to impact the customer experience.

Analyze competition, customer behavior, industry trends, and the macro environment.

Provide overall direction by analyzing business objectives and customer needs; developing, communicating, building support for, and implementing business strategies, plans, and practices.

Always look for creative ideas to drive business improvements, innovation, and customer experience.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...Bachelor’s degree in Business, Merchandising, or related field and 5 years’ experience in merchandising management, buying, financial planning, operations, or related area. OR 7 years’ experience in merchandising management, buying, financial planning, operations, or related area.

2 years’ supervisory experience.

Preferred Qualifications...Leading cross-functional teams, Microsoft Office, Negotiating with third-party suppliers, Masters: Business Administration.
