Interested in learning more about this job Scroll down and find out what skills, experience and educational qualifications are needed.Duties and Responsibilities:Creating Promotional Giveaways - from concept of campaign to developing custom promotional products and merchandise - everything from give-away items in CPG items and QSR restaurants to higher-end merchandise sold at theme parks and retail storesGenerating leads and target listsFearlessly cold-calling (and other creative means) in reaching new clientsWriting RFP/RFQ’s for promotions and on-going programsManaging existing relationshipsMaintaining a database to track and measure business growthAchieving short and long-term sales and profitability goalsPitching business goals, strategies and tacticsManaging projects from ideation to completionEncouraging new and increased business within current accountsBeing aware of new business opportunities for all company business unitsDeveloping sales materials for client pitches and follow-upsResearching, analyzing and capitalizing on market opportunitiesCountering competitive activity with company’s strengths and capabilitiesExcelling at customer service for clients and fellow associatesWorking within assigned budgets and forecastsUnderstanding our client’s financial needs from revenue, costs to marginDeveloping creative solutions for clients’ branding needsMonitoring competitive products and marketing activitiesCelebrating your successes with the company and your fellow associatesQualifications and Skills:5+ years Business Development/SalesCreativity and experience in product and/or concept developmentExcellent Customer Service, Client Relationship BuildingProven track record of increasing sales or business opportunities through client developmentExcellent client presentation skillsComplex negotiating skills
