Senior Vice PresidentCompensation Available:
$180k base + BenefitsResponsibilities:Manage all activities related to estimating project costs including labor, materials, equipment, and expenses.Provide functional and administrative oversight of all estimating activities, including estimate planning, project scheduling, equipment and material take-off, costing, vendor quotations, and leading estimate reviews.Implement estimating policies, procedures, and systems consistent with company mission and competitive practices.Establish and implement guidelines, policies, and procedures for various types of estimates.Analyze and review proposals to ensure potential profitability.Maintain adequate personnel levels with appropriate skills and training for ongoing estimating activities.Participate in contract and change order negotiations.Assist in the coordination and implementation of estimating processes associated with joint ventures and consortiums.Assist in Bid/No Bid decisions.Ensure quality archival of historical data (consistency, accuracy, and completeness).Interested in this role?
