3+ years technical documentation and publication experiencePrimarily publishing procedures, reference, and forms to Open Text Content Management System.Consistently edit documents according to provided style guides.To be located onsite in Minneapolis (no remote access), and will not require any overtime hours.Note: Core writing skills and experience are more important than technology experience for this role.Viable candidates will be asked to provide work samples after initial interview.Drafts, edits, and formats moderately complex to complex process documentation or user guides.Drafts and/or edits moderately complex web content. Researches, analyses and translates technical information for technical and non-technical users.Authors original content from information supplied by others or gathered directly.Conducts audience analysis for moderately complex to complex problems and projects.Edits technical documentation authored by others and ensures documentation is in compliance with internal standards and external regulations.May participate in establishing documentation guidelines.Additional Information
