Design is central to everything we do at Turner Duckworth, and we’re looking for a Design Director to join our New York Studio.In this role, you’ll support the Creative Directors and fellow Design Directors to help build and shape brands to become utterly distinctive and deeply embedded in modern culture. Keen to learn and ready to explore, you should be a creative thinker that doesn’t shy away from a challenge – someone whose work is the perfect mix of conceptual and crafted.Key Responsibilities
Lead exploration, ideation, and execution of original designLead design team at a project level to deliver highly creative and well crafted design solutionsCollaborate internally and work across all disciplines as an active team playerSkills + Requirements
8+ years design experience, preferably in branding/design agencyExperience working in teamsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsStrategic thinker with a problem-solving mentalityHighly organized and adaptableAre based in or willing to relocate to New YorkCompensation and Benefits

This is the pay range Turner Duckworth believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and Turner Duckworth reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
