I can make an impact as a Participant Outcomes Audience Manager.As an Audience Manager at Capital Group, you will be part of a high performing team responsible for helping hardworking employees across the U.S. improve their retirement readiness by creating breakthrough engagement with ICanRetire.In this new and important role, you’ll develop a deep understanding of what shapes people’s perspectives on retirement planning and subsequently apply that understanding to motivate action in their retirement plan at work. You’ll be accountable for designing the end-to-end participant experience strategy and partnering cross-functionally to drive seamless implementation of that strategy through thoughtfully designed engagement journeys and insights-based content programs centered around the ICanRetire website.Your primary responsibilities will consist of serving as the subject matter expert (SME) on the participant audience and the purveyor of the vision for ICanRetire through objectives-based marketing plans, audience learning agendas and supporting scorecards to drive the test, learn and optimization process.By successfully engaging and inspiring action in their retirement plan, you’ll help make a meaningful difference in people’s financial lives.I am the right person Capital Group is looking for if...I have at least 7 to 10 years of experience working in financial services in a marketing role.I enjoy collaborating across functional lines to deliver a common goal and have experience managing marketing plans in a matrix environment.I am a creative thinker who is driven, curious and imaginative.I have outstanding written, presentation and storytelling skills, including keen listening skills.I have a learn quickly, fail fast mentality and the desire to exceed expectations.I’m highly organized and detail-oriented with ability to combine strategic direction with hands on tactical execution.I am highly responsive and flexible to requests from clients, business partners and the cross-functional team.Job posting closes on July 30th.Southern California Base Salary Range: $131,596-$210,554In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.* Temporary positions in Canada and the United States are excluded from the above mentioned compensation and benefit plans.
