Coordinator, Marketing, Global Distribution

Reporting to the VP, Marketing Int'l Distribution & Production , the Coordinator will be based in Culver City, CA and play a key role in supporting the Sony Pictures Television, International Distribution and Production Marketing team providing a full range of project management and administrative support for the business. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, highly organized, able to work well on a team and independently.
Responsibilities
Support operational responsibilities on all show projects including:
Field day-to-day asset/material requests and approvals from local marketing teams
Traffic and archive creative marketing assets for global use
Assist with tagging, trafficking, and archiving of creative marketing assets to internal sharing platforms
Support team in working with third parties on subtitling and distribution of required episodes
Liaising with the Platform Experience team for Connect initiatives and the Public Relations/Corp Comm team for press screeners and materials
On assigned titles, spearhead the creation of B2B sales collateral (product sell sheets, brochures, e-blast communications, show-specific sales decks, reels) and manage post-sale asset delivery
Assist in support of major markets cross the year, including LA Screenings.
Budgets: Creation of purchase orders; processing and tracking invoices and purchase orders to ensure timely payment
Keep meticulous track of department documents, including budgeting, vendor and cost share agreement
Planning and organization of key cross functional and regional meetings & global alignment documents to ensure consistency
Support Senior Vice President with administrative responsibilities, including but not limited to meeting scheduling, booking travel and processing expenses
Keep track of necessary office supplies and order updates
Qualifications
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Collaborative worker able to align closely with several different internal teams
Multi-tasker with ability to prioritize to ensure that all assignments are completed in an accurate and timely manner
Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail and follow through
Independent problem solver
Ability to work in fast paced environments with shifting priorities
Professional attitude and highly motivated individual
2-3 years of television Marketing experience preferred
2+ years of experience in the entertainment industry preferred
