Summary

Responsible for the detailing and managing of assigned projects considered Prop. Leveraging all production resources both internal and external. Prop Specialist is the liaison between Growth and Production and primary point of contact for both. Monitor’s production status while ensuring quality control standards are always being met.

This position will support our Event & Exhibit Services team and is eligible to work a remote schedule

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Detailing/Project managing of prop assignments

Creating Detail drawings of project and DXF cut files for production and Graphic templates

Primary point of contact for Growth and Production

Proactive solutionist

Maintaining accurate files of project specifications, drawings, revisions and other relevant documentation.

Facilitates communication between team members and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Works closely with Growth, Production and Graphic layout on the status of current and future work helping to expedite where possible

Attends weekly meeting to review current and future Prop workload as well as overall event meetings

Addressing technical challenges and resolving conflicts that arise during detailing process

Monitor’s production quality standards to ensure deliverables meet expectations

Capable of providing material recommendations and installation guidance

Performs other duties as assigned

Education & Experience

Preferred 5+ years experience 3D modeling AutoCAD. Experience in live events/trade shows a plus

Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask for managing a number of projects

Proficient computer skill (e.g., AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, Outlook, Word, Excel)

Advance level in 3D AutoCAD

Advance knowledge of fabrication materials, products, and services

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Travel Requirements

Travel up to 25%
