You will collaborate with other groups to develop data-driven insights and analysis to support all customer lifecycles. Email Analytics, HCP data, Media Analytics, SQL, Power BIResponsibilities:Recommend customer segmentation strategy within campaigns. Provide recommendations on starting, stopping, and continuing specific campaigns/media to align with the customer journey.Provide creative recommendations on media and campaigns, including analysis around what content is driving the most engagement on the website.Conduct deep-dive analysis on customer attributes to produce quality insights that drive business strategies and value.Utilize efficient analytical problem-solving skills to quickly scope and deliver on an analytical ask and to work iteratively to refine a solution as needed.Partner with Data & Analytics and Web teams on paid media data and Power BI reporting projects for enhancing campaign insights. Manage media testing and optimization.Develop and evolve customer segmentation frameworks to provide strategic recommendations when designing CRM streams.Act as a subject matter expert on all list buys.Monitor lead generation (social & website sources) and suppression to ensure that data is flowing into Biogen databases correctly.Requirements:3+ years of experience providing insights for pharmaceutical companies on media and email optimization and analytics.Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to assess the business results of marketing campaigns.Email and Media analytics experience, specifically with HCP data.Strategic thinking capabilities with the ability to derive insights and recommendations from data.Strong analytical and quantitative skill set, including knowledge of advanced statistical modeling approaches.Familiarity with data warehouse mining/reporting and data manipulation tools (SQL and Power BI or Tableau).Expertise in synthesizing large amounts of information and logically structuring reports.Strong Excel modeling skills.Send your resume to ilana@analyticrecruiting.com
